• Arrange a visit to the proposed site location in Sabah for an on-site tour and further discussions
• Conduct on-site visit, inspect the location, and visit our past projects

Finalizing Legal Documentation

• Upon agreeing on all terms discussed, we will prepare all the necessary legal documents and agreements.

Timeline: 1-2 weeks after the on-site visit

Signing of Management and Related Agreements

• Review and sign the investment agreement, which outlines the terms and conditions

Timeline: 1-2 weeks

Construction Phase

• Site preparation, including land clearing if the existing plot is forested
• Commencement of swiftlet house construction according to approved plans
• Regular bi-weekly progress reports provided to investor

Timeline: 1-3 months

Project Handover

• Official handover of the completed swiftlet house facility

Timeline : 3-6 months.

Operations

• Professional management team takes over operations
• Investor receives regular updates on swiftlet house status and maintenance reports
• Investor receives periodic returns/profits from the nest harvests
